The Shadow SH950 double bass pickup is the most popular twin bridge pickup for double bass. Each of the two sensor cartridges has two opposing sensors. The sensors on are mounted in between the wings and feet of the bridge. Thereby both the sound from the strings, as well as the instrument body is collected by the pickup.
