Description

Pirastro Flat Chromesteel double bass strings are a rope core medium tension string that is suited to arco and solo bass playing. Their sound is brilliant and clear and they have a quick response under the bow.

The core material of Flat Chromesteel strings is a high-tensile rope made from carbon steel which is wound with chrome steel. They give a very clear and brilliant sound and are especially suited for arco and soloistic playing. They offer great projection and a sound that stands out their steel rope core makes them instantly playable and absolutely stable.
