Nymans Original (Carlsson) is an extremely popular dark rosin for double bass that’s made in Sweden and is one of the most sought after rosins in both North America and the United Kingdom.

Medium-soft in texture, perfect for winter months, Nymans Bass Rosin comes in a foil cup  (originally a champagne bottle seal from the nearby factory) within a plastic lid container and can help the bassist obtain that big, rich sound from their bow.

Made in the same factory as Nyman rosin in  Sweden, The Original Nymans (Carlsson) is slightly softer and therefore a lot of bassists choose Nyman for the summer and Nymans Original (Carlsson) for the winter.
