Voucher Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are issued physically and remain the property of Bass Bags.
Voucher validity is as stated on the voucher itself. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Vouchers are redeemable in store only at Bass Bags, Ripley.
Telephone orders may qualify only where the voucher is mentioned at the time of ordering and payment is made in store upon collection.
One voucher may be used per customer and per transaction only.
Vouchers are single use only and have no cash value.
Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or special pricing arrangement.

Vouchers are not valid against:

• Hire or rental payments
• Insurance claim work
• Clearance items
• Consignment instruments

Vouchers are intended for personal individual use only and may not be used by:

• Staff
• Trade customers
• Schools
• Orchestras
• Commercial organisations

Refunds for goods purchased using a voucher will be limited to the amount actually paid.
Bass Bags reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or invalidate vouchers where misuse is suspected.
